Return Policy
At Artisan Gems Boutique your satisfaction with your purchases is guaranteed. If for any reason you are unhappy with any purchase, (with the exception of cosmetic items which are non-returnable), please email us at returns@artisangemsboutique.com within 7 days of receipt of your order so we can provide a return authorization code and assist you with an exchange or return for a full refund of the item/s purchase prices. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned to us within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Please note, any item returned must be unworn, unused and in it's original packaging with tags attached. Cosmetic items are non-returnable. If you are exchanging an item, you will be charged the same shipping charge rate for the method you chose when placing your original order, and the same shipping method with be used to ship your exchange item. Exchanges are shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. If you request an exchange item that is not in stock, we will contact you so you can choose a different item or opt for a refund instead.

Artisan Gems Boutique proudly supports the Veterans of Foreign War (VFW) by sponsoring various fundraising events, donating a portion of proceeds of all partiotic jewelry and accessory sales in our store and additional cash gifts throughout the year. The VFW provides much needed assistance in many ways to our veterans and their families.

We ship daily and all orders are processed immediately and shipped within 24-48 hours. FEDEX is the exclusive carrier for Artisan Gems Boutique for deliveries within the United States. You may choose your shipping preference during check-out. We offer one low flat rate for all methods regardless of your order size.
All shipments are fully insured, one low shipping cost per-order, regardless of the size of your order. Our flat shipping rates for deliveries within the United States: FEDEX Ground Special Flat Rate Shipping - Delivery typically within 3-5 Days in the 48 Contiguous States, depending on your location and typically within 5-7 days to Alaska and Hawaii is only $5.00, FEDEX Standard 3rd Day Air, $13.00, FEDEX 2nd Day Air, $20.00, FEDEX Next Day Air, $25.00.
Orders placed directly online ship to U.S. addresses only. If you wish to place an International order, please choose International Shipping at checkout and we will contact you for approval of the shipping charges prior to shipping your order. A currency converter is located to the left on this page for your convenience. International orders are typically shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail.
